In fact, it is a clear indication that you are. • Reducing the amounts of alcohol, caffeine and carbs before bedtime can help dramatically. Don’t eat late night meals that are full of carbs. You have several ways to get relief from perimenopause and insomnia. First, determine your level of condition. If you are really tired and are having a hard time doing the things that you have always done, a trip to the doctor should be in order. There are several treatment options for these conditions that can be offered including sleeping aids. But, don’t feel that those are your only solution, either. By avoiding or reducing the problem causers talked about earlier, you are more likely to get a good night sleep.
